Information on Shipping, Return & Refund Policies.
Shipping method:
Secret-Hearts.com offer shipping options for delivery within North
America by USPS - Priority Post or Frist Class Mail, UPS or FedEx. We
are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. International inquiries are
welcome.
International Shipping Charges:
We will quote you upon your order. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and
subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges:
1. If Secret-Hearts.com ships an item(s) that was different from the
original invoice or had a manufacturers damage when you received it,
please return the merchandise to the provided address by mail. We will
gladly exchange the item(s), and the shipping cost for the replacement
will be on us.
2. If any item(s) purchased at Secret-Hearts.com fails to meet your
expectations when you received it and you would like a refund, please
call or send an email
stating the reason in order for the refund or store credit to be
processed. An RMA # will be issued to you where you can then return the
item(s) to the provided address by mail. We will credit you with the
original amount less 20% restocking charges in store credit towards
your next purchase. Your shipping expenses will not be
refunded.
All prices are exclusive of any import duties or taxes in your country
- please check with your local customs on the tariff if applicable.
SecretHearts.com will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever
including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill,
use, or any intangible losses resulting from any goods or services
purchased from us.
